Y6 Body Systems (simplified)

Pupils learn about the four main body systems; these include the muscular, circulatory and skeletal systems as well as the main organs of the body and the jobs that they carry out.



Learning Objectives:

  • PoS - identify and name the main parts of the human circulatory system, and describe the functions of the heart, blood vessels and blood
  • NaG - pupils should build on their learning from years 3 and 4 about the main body parts and internal organs
